第4季第22集，关键词：真正的英雄。

这一集再次贡献金句，“什么样的人才有资格被称为英雄，显然，英雄必须是我们尊敬的人，我们敬仰的人，心胸宽广的人，愿意成长与学习的人，也许是这世界上你最爱的人，或是尽力享受生活的人。

不管别人怎么想，不过对我来说，我家里的英雄就是我的家人，我们在一起才是真英雄”。

这一集可是太值得回味了。

Cam一家偶遇了Mitch的前男友Teddy，Cam觉得自己很大度，积极回应参加Teddy组织的滑冰募捐活动。

当他们到了那里，Cam才发现全家人原来都被邀请过来了，而且家里每个人都是那么喜欢Teddy，Cam的drama queen体质全面爆发，醋劲儿翻飞。

虽然Mitch不情不愿，但是还是装作自己的意思，要求家里的成员都和Teddy保持距离，当然最后也不能如愿……Jay想让Claire实现自己重新回归职场的梦想，让她在自己公司接管自己的工作。

Claire害怕自己会让Jay失望，所以拒绝了。

可是最后她才知道，Jay每次的失望背后更多的是担心Claire不快乐。

”《摩登家庭》完美的诠释了这句话，这是一部讲了由三个家庭组成的大家庭的情景剧。

迥异的家庭，充满冲突和矛盾，却新颖的从不同人的视角解读了每一个争执和争吵，换位的思考和理解正是每一个家庭需要的，让看剧的人了解了和你性格迥异的人是如何思考的，明白的身份与你不同的人事如何看待同样的事情的。

每一集都那样热闹而聒噪，却意外的都充满了感动，充满了泪水，会在结尾让人恍然大悟，原来那些充满执拗的顺间，隐藏的是满满的关怀和爱意。

一家之主Jay在退休后离婚娶了一个比女儿看起来更妖娆的拉丁裔女郎Gloria，还带了一个与自己孙女一般大的独立勇敢早熟想照顾全世界的儿子Manny，后来又生了一个小儿子Joe。

第二个家庭是一家之主的女儿Claire，较真严肃唱黑脸的家庭主妇，而丈夫Phil却是一个天生乐天善于表达的感性至极的房产销售，三个孩子，大女儿Haley时髦早熟荒废学业，二女儿Alex聪明独立崇尚科学，小儿子Luke善良勇敢迷迷糊糊。

第三个家庭是一家之主的儿子Mitchell，是个认真谨慎拘谨的同性恋律师， 而其配偶确实张扬大嗓门情绪化来自农场的大胖子Cameron，他们领养的是一个越南裔的聪明独特占有欲很强的小女孩Lily。

No, the three of us are a family even though we come from different places.Jay: There’s only one thing I want you to understand. 用简化的剧情和穿插的笑料讲述家庭问题，将每一个家庭的精彩和难题都展现了出来。

恰巧在Claire去医院检查心脏的同一天Haley想辞掉刚有起色的工作，Alex拒绝参加春季旅游要在家准备SAT考试。

Claire认为要指导孩子成长的每一个选择，反对Haley和Alex的决定；Phill认为孩子要自由成长，不干预Haley和Alex的选择。

Claire隔壁床的大叔奉行“放手教育”，Phill和Claire正巧遇到大叔的大女儿二女儿和小儿子三人一同来看望他，看上去他的儿女都很体面，而且听起来他们很满意自由的养育。

Phill和Claire不禁将大叔的子女当作了自己子女自由自在长大后的模板。

Claire去检查时Phill留下听到了大叔和他儿女的对话，大女儿一开口就是向大叔要钱，而且离过四次婚；二女儿有三个博士学位，却只是一个档案员，而且有一些书呆子气质的怪异举动；而小儿子是刑缓释放的罪犯。

得知此事的Phill赶紧打电话禁止Haley换工作、要求Alex必须参加旅行。

同时做完检查觉得之前自己做错了的Claire打电话说Haley自己决定是否换工作、Alex自己安排整个假期。

接到电话的Haley和Alex觉得父母很不可理喻，Luke说父母可能遇到了麻烦，Haley以为检查的结果很糟糕所以父母心烦意乱，于是三个人一起去医院。

在路上Alex指出父母每一次在遇到以为自己就不能解决的问题的时候都会突然过分地管教他们拿他们出气，这一次只是众多的父母失常表现中的一次，Claire没有事的。

到病房后Claire果然没事，他们向父母表达拿他们转移情绪的不满离开了医院。

Jay陪Manny参加预科学校的选拔，Jay嘴上说着预科学校都是享有特权的懦夫读的，其实他从小就很羡慕能读预科的孩子们。

Jay没有意识到自己的话里体现出他对预科学生的嫉妒，并且Jay在Manny参加面试时给Manny鼓气。

但是Manny的面试非常的失败，Manny觉得很对不起为他加油打气的Jay。

Jay说他每一天都因Manny感到自豪。

Lily在学校学到“小明的父母是意大利人所以小明就是意大利人”后向大家宣扬自己是同性恋。

Mitch告诉Lily她是越南人，但是他和Cam对越南都没有任何了解。

Gloria要求他们三人一起带Lily去越南餐厅吃饭先从越南的饮食文化入手。

在餐厅里Cam终于发现Lily是因为想要和爸爸们一样所以说自己是同性恋，Mitch很感动同时也告诉Lily“尽管我们来自不同的国家但还是一家人”。

Gloria终于说出自己的烦恼：Manny差不多忘光了西班牙语，饮食习惯越来越美国化，并且想参加白人孩子居多的预科学校，她觉得美国偷走了她的孩子，Manny最终会变成一个无聊的白人老爷爷。

而且她不知道小儿子究竟会不会学西语，作为哥伦比亚文化保留得最多的她不想成为家庭中的一个异类。

ep20Mitch在“采访”时的毒舌反对好有意思！

面对焦头烂额的Cam时一句也不说，连“I told you so”都没有说！

ep21Jay写小说那一段笑死人😂主要是写的内容牛头不对马嘴，但是又和Jay现实的举动配合起来了ep22The essay about “the hero of my family”. Luke: Hero is someone who doesn’t fear of anything, who is strong. That’s you.Manny: What qualifies someone as a hero? Obviously, a hero has to be someone we respect. A person we look up to. A person who is generous of spirit. Who’s willing to grow and learn. ep24Mitch在法院帮人辩护时把手臂抡一圈然后说“Shame！

”时好搞笑😂Oh oh… 原来Alex确实是发育时期变壮了一些，她的胸部和臀部都发育的很好，因为她不太高，所以从发育前的娇小成长为了较为丰满的青春期小女孩(◐‿◑) PS：为什么我现在开始注意起演员的身材了呢？

我误入了针对女性的身体歧视吗？

还是因为我也到了注意外型的年龄？

Jay的秃顶小脑瓜子(◐‿◑) Phill妈妈葬礼的举办地点好美啊。

在湖边，在装着祖母骨灰的骨灰盒旁向祖母、家人们致辞。

家人们刚到Phill父母家时，工作人员骑着平衡车来通知他们葬礼举办时间的时候还觉得有点搞笑，一点都不正式。

家人们来到这里依旧在各自的故事线里做着自己想做的事情、发生各种和葬礼无关的事情。

他们各自的故事就像是一根根独立的线，但因为是一家人每根线都离得很近，有很多时候互相缠绕在一起。

祖母去世前给每一个家人留一封信和礼物实在是太暖了。

就像Phill哭着说的“我妈妈管得太宽的”“怎么会有这样的母亲呢”“只有我妈妈才能这样的事情”。

Alex违反规则用祖母给的打火机点燃烟花的时候一下就哭出来了。

就像这一季19集中Mitch说的“虽然我们来自不同的地方，但我们是家人。
